Established in 2017 by Australian Born, US National Rugby Player, Alastair McFarland, Hutch and Waldo has become one of the go to Fast Casual breakfast and lunch spots in NYC.

What is Hutch?
Simple food done really well. At Hutch + Waldo we meet an unattended demand in the food market: healthy fast food. Not everyone has enough time to eat chef curated meals and fill up on good energy, so our mission is to provide delicious, natural and nutritious experience quickly, changing the way fast food is perceived. We want to change the way fast food is seen and thought of. This is the main reason why HUTCH + WALDO exists. On your way to work, an escape from your desk, or a quick meeting spot with friends.
